• Returns: We always want you to be happy with your order, so if your not happy for any reason contact us within 30 days of your purchase for return instructions for a full refund including your original shipping cost if there was any. Return shipping is buyers responsibility.
• Descriptions: We try our best to keep our item descriptions as clear as possible, so you know what your buying before you get it. If you ever have any questions just click on the Service link at the top and bottom of all pages for our contact info. All questions will be answered promptly. Also you may check our Learning Center as there is lots of good info on our jewelry there as well.
• Shipping : Our default shipping cost is FREE for USA customers! Our Default USA Shipping method is USPS first class mail and the Default International shipping method is USPS International first class mail. You may also upgrade your USA orders to Priority, and Express mail at checkout. International customers may upgrade their shipping to Priority mail as well. Shipping insurance is already included in all website orders.
• Processing Times: We always do our best to ship orders within 48hr Mon-Fir. We can not ship on holidays.
